OTHR$20.7–$23.28/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Company description: At Graphic Packaging International, we produce the paper cup... etc. That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not; but we can put a section "About the role" describing the role? The posting includes a job summary and job functions. Could treat "About the role" as overview. But we need to decide which headings to use. We have: - Pay range: $20.70 to $23.28/hour plus shift differential and progressive pay increases. - Benefits: list many: Paid Vacation & Holidays, optional Health, Dental, and Life Insurance, health spending accounts, progressive healthy lifestyle program, 401-K with company matching component and standard supplemental company contributions. Also voluntary benefits: Pet Insurance, Home & Auto Insurance Programs, Purchasing Power, Tuition Reimbursement, Aflac, Lifelock Identity Protection, Hyatt Legal Services. Tabaco Cessation and Employee Assistance/Referral Program, Uniform Service, Safety Shoe, Safety Prescription-Eyewear benefits. - Schedule: Schedules are up to 8 or 12-hour shifts on alternate days with rotating weekends off. However, employees must have the ability to work alternate schedules and overtime that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so. Some Departments/Jobs may run a M-F 8-hour Shift Schedule. Must be willing and able to work overtime. - Job Summary: description of responsibilities (feeder/catcher/sorter). Job Functions list details. - Background/Experience/Skills: Experience: None (entry-level). Education/Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to speak, read and write English. - Physical Requirements: list. - Safe Quality Food responsibilities repeated. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe job summary), Responsibilities (job functions), Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (maybe education?), Skills (maybe language?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. We need to avoid duplication: Safe Quality Food responsibilities appears twice; we can include once. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

About the role

... job summary ...

Responsibilities

  • ... list of duties ...
We need to include feeder, catcher, sorter duties. Could combine. We have many specific duties; we should preserve them but can condense into bullet points. We must not invent or summarize away detail; but we can rephrase as long as we preserve all substantive information. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That suggests we should not omit details; we need to keep all specifics. However we can combine similar points but must not lose detail. That's tricky. Probably we need to keep each duty as separate bullet. Let's extract duties from text: Feeder: - Feed glue machinery with proper carton. - Take stacks of cartons from loaded pallet and place them into feeder of machine. - Ensure appropriate carton is being fed (check variances in box number and collator marks). - Feed only quality cartons (fan through stacks, check proper color, register, void of unnecessary markings). - Observe for machine malfunctions and stop glue machine when problems arise (use mirror to detect malfunctions). - Be aware of signals from operator or catcher to stop and start machine. - Maintain cleanliness of area (remove stray cartons, sweep up, etc.) during make ready. Catcher: - Remove finished folded cartons from press and pack them into cases. - Ensure appropriate carton is being packed (check item and job number on carton with job label). - Ensure only quality products are packed (check proper color, register, void of unnecessary markings). - Ensure proper count of cartons are packed into case (hand count first case of each different product). - Push packed cartons on rollers through taping machine. - Maintain area cleanliness during make ready. Sorter (quality checks on cartons) - not detailed but mentioned: sorter (quality checks on cartons). Might need to include that. Also "Work within and adhere to GPI’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork." Safe Quality Food Responsibilities For All Employees: - Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergens procedures related to production of Safe Quality Foods. - Report to person of authority to record any potentially unsafe conditions which may result in unsafe foods or noncompliance to SQF related procedures. - Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (from customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, and verification activities) as required. - Follow all procedures related to producing Safe Quality Foods (SQF). - Report any potentially unsafe SQF conditions or customer complaints to a person of authority to record and/or correct the situation. Also "Job functions include, but are not limited to the following." etc. We need to include all these. Now Requirements/Education: Experience: None (entry-level). Education/Knowledge: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. Skills: maybe language skill. But we can have sections: Requirements (education/experience), Skills (language), maybe Qualifications not needed. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine Education and Experience under Requirements, and Skills under Qualifications? Let's decide: - Requirements: Experience (None entry-level), Education (HS Diploma or equivalent), Language (speak, read, write English). - Qualifications: maybe not needed. - Skills: maybe none else. But we need to include Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Pay: $20.70 to $23.28/hour plus shift differential and progressive pay increases. Benefits: list as above. Schedule: as described. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Applications accepted on an ongoing basis..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines like Safe Quality Food responsibilities repeated. Let's craft HTML. We'll have:

Some departments run a Monday‑Friday 8‑hour shift schedule. Must be willing and able to work overtime.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Applications accepted on an ongoing basis". Also we omitted "Job ID / requisition numbers". Good. Check for any repeated content: We have Safe Quality Food responsibilities list; we included each bullet. That's fine. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description at start: "At Graphic Packaging International, we produce the paper cup..." etc. That's not included. Should we include that? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It didn't say we must include company description. But we should preserve ALL substantive information. The company description is substantive info about the employer. Should we include it? Possibly under "About the role" or a separate section like
