Feeder Catcher - 3rd Shift

Description

The Feeder Catcher plays a critical role in supporting production operations by loading, inspecting, counting, sealing, and palletizing finished goods. This position ensures that finished products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for warehousing or shipment while maintaining quality, safety, and production efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and remain on feet for up to 12 hours per workday.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to use hands for simple and power grasping, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to move pallets of materials.
• Attention to detail related to printing, cutting, and gluer quality issues.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and manuals.
• Successful completion of required color-vision testing.
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment & Safety

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times while in production areas and will be provided.
• Required PPE includes earplugs, steel-toed shoes, and safety glasses.
• Additional PPE may be required depending on job function and assignment.
