Feed Mill Production - 1st shift

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties produces and delivers feed while supporting contract farmers raising animals for production. We are currently seeking a 1st shift Feed Mill Production team member to join our team in Union City, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Maximize production while maintaining the highest quality feed
- Follow established feed mixing procedures and all safe food/safe feed guidelines
- Keep feed inventories accurate and properly rotated
- Keep the feed mill clean and organized
- Complete all required paperwork
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Reading and writing skills, as well as strong communication skills
- Ability to tolerate adverse weather conditions and dusty environments
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and climb ladders

Pay
Starting hourly rate: $19.80 with the potential to increase to $21.30 after 90 days. Additional pay includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance).
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
