Feed Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely operate feed delivery trucks and other company vehicles.
• Load, transport, and deliver livestock feed to designated farms and facilities according to scheduled routes.
• Verify delivery quantities and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Absorb feed using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of feed trucks, trailers, and delivery equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, biosecurity protocols, and DOT regulations as applicable.
• Communicate effectively with farm personnel regarding feed deliveries and scheduling.
• Absorb general farm or feed mill duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous commercial driving, agricultural, or feed delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, and other farm equipment.
• Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to climb in and out of trucks and trailers multiple times throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• This position requires working outside in varying work conditions.
