About the role
Join our team of dedicated professionals at Fedora Optical in Manchester, CT. We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our practice.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and prescribe corrective lenses
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
- Provide contact lens fittings and care
- Offer eyeglass design and selection services
- Communicate with patients about their eye health and vision needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA accredited program
- Current license to practice optometry in Connecticut
- At least 3 years of clinical experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in using optometric equipment
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ocular health and disease management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Skills
- Knowledge of contact lenses and eyewear design
