About the Role

This position involves operating tractor-trailers for a family-owned linehaul contractor, focusing on terminal-to-terminal linehaul routes with dedicated solo AM & PM runs, no touch freight, and home daily schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate late-model Freightliner and Volvo tractors on 300-600 mile routes.
• Perform drop & hook operations, with no dock delays, ensuring consistent miles and pay.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and management for smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety standards, FMCSA regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 1+ year tractor-trailer experience.
• Doubles endorsement (training available).
• Clean MVR and background.
• Commitment to safety-sensitive protocols, including drug & alcohol testing.
