FedEx Delivery Driver

About the role

SafeOps Express Inc., located in Johnston, RI, is seeking FedEx Delivery drivers with relevant driving experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Operate vehicles safely at all times - Deliver and pick up packages to businesses and residences - Perform daily vehicle inspections - Load and organize daily deliveries - Work independently and as part of a team - Provide exceptional customer service - Accurately track delivery processes - Ensure accurate package delivery and pickup - Deliver routes in a timely manner

Requirements

- At least 21 years old, valid driver's license, and clean driving record - Pass a drug test and continue with random drug screens - Pass a DOT physical - Able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and 150 lbs. with a hand truck - Complete a FedEx Ground criminal background check - Reliable transportation to and from work - On-time and ready to work each workday - Ability to climb stairs - Work in all types of weather - Strong work ethic and positive attitude
