Federal Work-Study position on the Post campus within the Therapeutic Sciences/Veterinary Technology Program, supervised by Dr. Jean Oberg. Located in Life Sciences, Room 02 - Lower Level.

About the Role

The Veterinary Technology Program office is seeking an undergraduate student to complete various administrative tasks and support faculty with daily office operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Answer phones and forward inquiries to appropriate areas
• Duplicate, file, scan documents
• Run errands as needed
• Interface with campus departments
• Work with computers and emails (Outlook and Excel a plus)
• Tutor undergraduates, if applicable (requires a recommendation from the faculty who teaches the course)

Schedule

Period of employment: September 26 to May 27.
