About the role

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer incoming calls
• Absorb and transfer calls to the correct department or person
• Aid visitors at the window
• Assist with lost and found items
• Work on police lines during staff breaks/absences
• Become familiar with college departments, procedures, and personnel

Requirements

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Knowledge of the Federal Student Aid Handbook
• Understanding of exceptions to working during scheduled class times

Qualifications

• Sedentary physical demands (up to 10 lbs occasionally)
• Close visual acuity for tasks such as computer and assembly work
• Moderate noise environment
