Candidates currently pursuing degrees in communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, media production, journalism, or related are encouraged to apply. Job Description Social Media Strategy: Manage our social media sites, including graphic design, the content calendar, publishing, and monitoring analytics to ensure effectiveness towards IPPD outreach.Content Creation: Develop content for a variety of communications needs including writing, editing, and design work to create special publications such as: brochures, invitations, flyers, emails, and marketing collateral.Web Design (WordPress): managing our website, writing and editing content, and helping students with the Blog sites.Graphis Design: Create and edit media content for program marketing that upholds a cohesive visual identity in accordance with existing brand standards and guidelines for the UF IPPD program.Digital Advertising: Assist with day-to-day communications, with emphasis on visual storytelling and design.Assist the IPPD Administrative Assistant with event planning, logistics, branding and promotion.Other administrative duties as assigned Expected Salary $15 per hour Required Qualifications This job requires an efficient worker with excellent writing and editing skills who is comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
