About the role
The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers and oversee multiple federal projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of federal projects
- Manage a team of project managers
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal project management
- Experience working on large-scale federal projects
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
