About the role

The successful candidate will lead a team of project managers and oversee multiple federal projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee project management and ensure timely completion of federal projects
  • Manage a team of project managers
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards
  • Develop and maintain project plans and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in federal project management
  • Experience working on large-scale federal projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of federal contracting processes and regulations

Qualifications

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  • Experience with project management software
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
