Federal Litigation Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Federal Litigation Supervisor to manage and support federal litigation matters, oversee case strategy and legal proceedings, and provide guidance on litigation activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage federal litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies, pleadings, motions, discovery, and related legal documents.
• Represent clients in federal court proceedings.
• Supervise and provide guidance on litigation matters and case activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal court rules and procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of federal litigation experience.
• Admission to a Texas federal district court and/or the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, or a submitted admission application with the ability to obtain admission within 90 days.
• Federal court litigation and case management experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
