Federal Credits & Incentives Tax Associate (Fall 2027/Winter 2028)

Responsibilities
- Assist with tax planning and research related to the Research and Development (R&D) credit and other federal credits and incentives.
- Assist in implementing multiple projects simultaneously, including client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of resources.
- Assist with drafting opinion letters and writing other technical memoranda.
- Develop an understanding of the client’s business.
- Help drive the success of multiple R&D or federal credits engagements.
- Maintain competency through continuing education and obtaining additional professional certifications.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Travel to assigned client locations is required; must have access to reliable transportation.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working toward the successful completion of the CPA exam.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively on a team.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay
Compensation Range: $59,840 – $71,400
