Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs.
• Analyze public/federal RFP requirements.
• Manage sub-solicitations.
• Compile hard-bid and conceptual estimates.
• Participate in value engineering sessions for public agency projects.

Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated commercial or public works estimating experience.
• Expert-level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On-Center, Bluebeam, WinEst).

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
