Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize plant process parameters to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement in yield, energy consumption, and product quality.
• Conduct process simulations and troubleshooting to resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and productivity.
• Support process safety activities including HAZOP, MOC, and PSSR.
• Prepare and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and quality teams to achieve operational targets.
• Provide technical support for plant startups, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in process engineering within the fertilizer, petrochemical, or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with process safety management systems.
