Fast Track To Management
About the role
New York Life is interviewing leadership-oriented individuals for the Fast Track Partner program. Selected candidates will start as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience in the Fast Track Management Program. Once program requirements are met, you’ll transition into management as an Associate Partner, responsible for recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals.
You’ll be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program that prepares you for success as a manager.
