Crew’s Expectations

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or management experience in the service industry
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Able to work 5 days per week, including opening, mid, and closing shifts
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Able to work with a sense of urgency
• Able to perform tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, pushing/pulling drums and materials, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and platforms, lifting or moving a minimum of 25 pounds, operating and utilizing electronic devices, and enduring extended exposure to all weather extremes

$45,000 - $60,000 per year + incentive pay
