About the role

New York Life Insurance Company is interviewing for leadership-oriented individuals to join the Fast Track Partner program. This program includes starting as a financial professional to gain hands-on experience, transitioning into management as an Associate Partner after meeting program requirements, and being enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals
• Transition into management as an Associate Partner once program requirements are met
• Enroll in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program to prepare for success as a manager

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and a second language is preferred
