Fast Track General Manager
About the role
As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible for ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.

Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service
- Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay
The base hourly pay range is $17.00 - $24.00 per hour. Actual placement within this range will vary based on factors including experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
