Responsibilities
- Lead your restaurant’s Meatcraft® by guiding your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
- Drive local store marketing efforts to help reach sales and profit goals.
- Ensure your restaurant delivers top-quality meats and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
- Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
