Locations

We're hiring caregivers who live in or near Montebello and nearby cities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Pay

Earn $20.00-$22.50/hr on weekdays, up to $24.50/hr on weekends.

Schedule

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available. Weekend work required to qualify for the hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
• Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered)
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willingness to complete the process with our assistance
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to work weekends
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Physical Requirements

• Assist clients with mobility and transfers
• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs)
• Push wheelchairs or medical equipment
• Stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout your shift
