FAST FOOD SHIFT LEAD (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules; Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am to 9:00 am. More details upon interview.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items, adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, safety (meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines), and portion control.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures and prepares work schedules; expedites workflow.
• Develops sanitation schedule and ensures adherence by food-service employees for cleaning of kitchen, dining area, and washing of utensils and equipment.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred.

Pay

$13.00 per hour to $13.25 per hour.
