About the role
Fashion Team Associate position available at Walmart Supercenter #58 in Russellville, AR. Full-time employment with Mid-Shift and Closing shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with fashion merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain apparel department presentation including stocking, zoning, and recovery
- Process and move merchandise to the sales floor
- Support inventory management and fitting room operations
- Operate equipment and technology as needed for daily tasks
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-shift and closing hours
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous retail or fashion experience preferred but not required
Pay
- Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay opportunities ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
