Pay

Hourly wage: $16.50 – $29.50 per hour (equals or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes:

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
