Pay

• Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds applicable local minimum wage)
• Additional compensation:
  • Annual or quarterly performance incentives
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met
