Fashion Team Associate
About the role
As a Fashion Team Associate, you'll be part of a team that drives sales and customer engagement in apparel, footwear, jewelry, and accessories. You'll help customers find what they need while maintaining merchandise presentation and store standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in the fashion departments, helping them locate merchandise and answer product questions
- Stock, zone, and replenish apparel, footwear, jewelry, and accessories on sales floor and fitting rooms
- Execute accurate markdowns, price changes, and merchandise sets according to modular plans
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation including folding, hanging, and sizing merchandise
- Process freight and returns, ensuring proper placement and backroom organization
- Operate handheld devices for inventory management and price verification
- Support omnichannel fulfillment by picking and preparing online orders for pickup or shipping
- Follow safety and security procedures, including fitting room monitoring and theft deterrence
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mid-shift and closing hours
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
- Basic math and reading skills for price changes and inventory tasks
- Ability to use handheld electronic devices and learn retail systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Pay
Hourly wage range of $15–$28 per hour, with the actual rate set at or above the applicable minimum wage for the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Part-time position available for mid-shift and closing shifts at Walmart Supercenter #3429, 2901 MARKET ST, WARREN, PA, 16365, US.
