Pay

Hourly wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the required minimum wage for the job location). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances (e.g., schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
