Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with fashion-related inquiries
- Maintain merchandise presentation and organization on the sales floor
- Support inventory management and product replenishment
- Process transactions accurately at point-of-sale systems
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
Pay
- Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay of $0.35 - $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
