Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in the fashion department
- Assist customers with apparel and accessory selections
- Maintain merchandise displays and department presentation
- Support inventory management and stocking activities
Pay
- Hourly wage: $15 - $28 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage)
- Annual or quarterly performance incentive awards
- Premium pay opportunities ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
