Fashion Product Handler- Photo
About The Role
Aid in the distribution of items, sorting, prepping, and steaming within the photo department. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments, and possess strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Responsibilities
- Distribute product to respective departments (Jewelry, Ready-To-Wear, Men’s, Shoes & Accessories, and Handbags)
- Ensure all product is correctly sorted, staged, scanned, and delivered through the pipeline
- Verify warehouse tickets are accurate and match product
- Handle rejections and deliver to brand specialists
- Stock Receiving Desk with necessary supplies
- Distribute product to the photography team and respective departments
- Ensure product is correctly sorted, staged, scanned, and delivered through the pipeline
- Steam and prepare photo-ready products for photographers
- Perform end-of-day floor scans and weekly audits of the queue in partnership with leadership and management
- Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other Authentication Centers
- Partner with Photography management to understand and support daily processing strategies
- Scan and track product in Authentication locations
- Unpack and scan units transferred from LCOs and other Authentication Centers
- Partner with the Photo and Rec team to ensure appropriate exception items are scanned and routed to them
- Distribute inbound boxes and/or bags to Receiving, keeping multiple bag consignments together
- Absorb and organize consignments in staging areas
- Operate manual pallet jacks to move product and pallets throughout the warehouse (training provided)
- Maintain a safe work environment following all safety guidelines to prevent injury
Requirements
- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Able to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with others
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, dressing mannequins, etc.)
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Read and write in English
- 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite

Pay
The expected hourly rate for this role is $16-$16.5. To determine starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is flexible but requires regular attendance and availability during peak hours.
