Position Summary
Supervises and develops hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigns duties; sets clear expectations; provides recognition; and promotes a belonging mindset.

- Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

- Reviews and evaluates P&L statements; manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains and assists in managing merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
- Develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.
- Respects the individual by embracing differences and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
- Works as a team; builds strong and trusting relationships; communicates with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
