About the role

The role involves providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, coordinating job-related activities, driving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifies and addresses improvement opportunities, and demonstrates adaptability.
  • Tour stores, provides feedback, introduces and leads company change efforts, communicates business objectives, and implements business solutions.
  • Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards, manages and supports customer service initiatives, ensures customer needs are met, and drives financial performance and sales.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, implements related action plans, utilizes the Open Door Policy, and provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements, managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses, and developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.

Requirements

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, preferred.
  • 5+ years’ supervisory experience, preferred.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
