Fasa Basa Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified FASA/BASA Fire Alarm Technician to perform fire alarm inspections at schools in the Melbourne, FL area. The position involves inspecting 2 schools per day, starting as soon as possible, and transitioning to commercial inspections in Orlando and other parts of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire alarm inspections at elementary and middle schools
• Work closely with school maintenance staff to gain access to inspection areas
• Inspect 2 schools per day, with additional work available in Orlando and other Florida regions
• Flexible schedule available, work part-time or full-time based on availability

Qualifications

• Current FASA/BASA Certification
• Experience in fire alarm inspections
• Dependable, with strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently

Pay

• $150 per Elementary School
• $225 per Middle School
• Efficient techs can earn up to $60/hour
