Responsibilities

  • Ensure all clients are taken care of - by assisting with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, analysis, M&A, or accounting function transformation, etc. in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Work closely with clients and have the opportunity to experience multiple aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategy.
  • Assist with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, analysis, M&A, or accounting function transformation, etc.
  • Experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
  • CPA or CPA candidate.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.

Qualifications

  • Inter-company experience.
  • Energy (oil and gas and/or renewables) experience.
  • SaaS revenue recognition experience.
  • Healthcare (including Biotech) experience.
  • Financial services experience.
  • Government Contract experience.
  • SEC filing exposure/experience.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
  • Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.

Pay

  • Typical compensation range of $100,000- $125,000.

Schedule

  • Dependent on ongoing client requirements, employees may also be asked to submit to a drug screening and background check throughout employment.
