Responsibilities
- Ensure all clients are taken care of - by assisting with financial reporting matters, technical accounting, analysis, M&A, or accounting function transformation, etc. in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Work closely with clients and have the opportunity to experience multiple aspects of financial advisory, transactions, and strategy.

- Experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting/consulting and/or corporate accounting.
- CPA or CPA candidate.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.
- Willingness to travel on-site to clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Inter-company experience.
- Energy (oil and gas and/or renewables) experience.
- SaaS revenue recognition experience.
- Healthcare (including Biotech) experience.
- Financial services experience.
- Government Contract experience.
- SEC filing exposure/experience.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task.

Pay
- Typical compensation range of $100,000- $125,000.
Schedule
- Dependent on ongoing client requirements, employees may also be asked to submit to a drug screening and background check throughout employment.
