About the role

Join our team as a Deli Assistant Manager, where you will serve as the on-site leader of our deli and food service operations within the store. While reporting to the Store Manager, this role functions as the primary operator of the deli, owning execution, team leadership, and performance of our fas craves proprietary food program—a critical driver of our company’s growth and customer experience. This is more than a traditional assistant role. You will lead the deli as your business—driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, building a strong team, and delivering high-quality, craveable food that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the deli, ensuring consistent execution of all food programs, with a strong focus on fas craves standards and growth.
  • Lead all food preparation, presentation, merchandising, and promotional execution to maximize sales and customer engagement.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in-store for all food service initiatives, supporting rollouts, new items, and operational updates.
