The Holly Benson Agency, a proud member of Farmers Insurance District 40 in Holt, is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Agent Trainee to join our exceptional team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, are passionate about sales, and genuinely want to help customers protect what’s important to them. Previous sales experience or a proven ability to meet goals is a strong advantage.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively seek new business opportunities and build strong relationships
• Conduct client consultations to understand needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Develop ongoing client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication
• Surpass individual sales targets to drive agency growth
• Stay informed about product updates, compliance, and underwriting practices
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and closing sales
• Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual skills are a plus!
