Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and technologies to support the growth of the cannabis industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance to customers and stakeholders on product development and market trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as pharmacy, biology, or a related science.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cannabis cultivation, extraction, and product development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
