Farm Team Member

About the role

This position is a mix of hands-on farm and packhouse work, including:

• Receiving deliveries
• Prepping produce for retail sales
• Packing customer orders
• Weekly farm share packing
• Restocking and resetting retail displays
• Planting, growing, and harvesting

Responsibilities

Many days involve repetitive packhouse work, while others require careful attention to detail in production and order fulfillment. The ability to move comfortably between both is important.

Requirements

Schedule 2–5 days per week
Tuesdays and Fridays are especially important

Pay

Starting pay: $18/hour
