Farm Market Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests
• Represent Huber’s Orchard & Winery in a professional and welcoming manner
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Aid guests with product information and recommendations
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products to maintain quality standards
• Support seasonal promotions and special events
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Follow safety guidelines and proper equipment use
• Demonstrate flexibility during peak business periods
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to maintain presentation standards
• Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness
• Absorb guests with locating merchandise
• Support seasonal and promotional displays
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the retail space

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong guest-service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to learn multiple department duties
• Basic math and communication skills
• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Retail or food service experience preferred but not required
• Weekend, holiday, and peak season availability required
