FARM MANAGER

Job description

We are a startup organic farm that uses regenerative farming practices to grow vegetables. Currently, we have two people growing for us part-time.

Our goal is to find a talented individual to manage and extend production and distribution. We are looking for a person who will manage the operation on a day-to-day basis, including items like crop planting schedules and distribution (CSA, farm stand).

The individual we are looking for would be responsible for all farming related aspects, including developing distribution channels for the produce we grow. We will provide support and advice on the business side (accounting/finance/planning etc.).

Compensation

This position is: salaried, $35,568* - $50,000
