Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of traditional farm tasks related to harvest activities
• Perform physical labor such as picking, sorting, and packing crops
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety guidelines and farm protocols at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet harvest deadlines
