About the Role

We are seeking skilled artisans and craftsmen to join our team in producing high-quality, custom sculptures in a variety of materials, including natural marble, bronze, stainless steel, and fiberglass. This role involves hand-carving, finishing, and quality control of decorative and functional sculptures for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Hand-carve sculptures from natural stone, bronze, fiberglass, and stainless steel according to client specifications and design concepts.
• Collaborate with designers to interpret and execute detailed artistic visions, ensuring accuracy in proportions, textures, and finishes.
• Perform quality control checks at each stage of production, from raw material selection to final polishing and finishing.
• Maintain and operate advanced sculpting tools and equipment, combining traditional handcraft with modern techniques.
• Prepare sculptures for shipment, including secure packing in custom wooden crates to ensure safe transport.
• Assist in customization projects, including size adjustments, material selection, and intricate detailing to meet client needs.
• Adhere to environmental and sustainability standards in material usage and production processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hand-carving sculptures, preferably in marble, bronze, or related materials.
• Proficiency in using sculpting tools, including chisels, grinders, and polishing equipment.
• Strong understanding of artistic techniques, including the use of the golden ratio, anatomical accuracy, and texture replication.
• Ability to interpret design sketches and translate them into three-dimensional sculptures.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, defect-free work.
• Experience with customization and client-specific projects is a plus.
• Willingness to adhere to strict quality control and environmental standards.
