Family Services & Donation Coordinator - (Hybrid, Nights)

About the role

Step into a uniquely meaningful role as a Donor Services Coordinator, where every conversation and medical chart review contributes to restoring sight and changing lives.

Responsibilities

• Speak with donor families experiencing grief and guide them through the donation process.
• Review donor's medical records, complete questionnaires, and communicate with medical staff to determine donor eligibility.
• Coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch Recovery Technicians to donor locations.
• Work independently and as a team to make critical decisions and solve problems relating to donation criteria.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; empathetic by nature.
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft software, database management, and/or phone systems.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and manage shifting priorities.

Customer service, social work, insurance claims, or healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Pay

$23.82 per hour with overtime pay.

6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. | Rotating 2–3 days | Every other weekend
