Family Services Advocate

Role: Family Services Advocate for a Head Start program, focused on supporting children's success through family partnership. Responsibilities Conduct intake and family needs assessments to identify support requirements.Develop and implement family partnership goals.Connect families to community resources in housing, employment, health, and education sectors.Promote consistent attendance and engagement in family activities.Collaborate with teachers and community partners to support family involvement. Qualifications & Skills Experience in nonprofit or social services preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Cultural humility and sensitivity to diverse populations.Passion for empowering families within a mission-driven environment.
