Responsibilities
- Assist families with accessing local resources and services
- Provide emotional support and counseling to families
- Conduct home visits as needed
- Participate in team meetings to discuss case progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or counseling
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
