Role and Facility Information
As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we put patients and their family’s health first. Our South Surrey clinic is located in an extremely busy shopping complex with a variety of amenities including London Drugs, Thrifty Foods, restaurants, groceries, banks, and professional and leisure businesses. Adjacent to new residential developments and desirable established neighborhoods, it offers an ideal and affordable location to raise a young family in the lower mainland. The USA border is less than 15km away, making it convenient for patients.
The clinic is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician setting with a collegiate atmosphere and a physician-focused MOA support team. The clinic provides virtual and telehealth options accessible from home. The ideal physician can work full-time or part-time, with the option for a small walk-in component. The team will assist with a smooth transition of the practice, offering flexible hours and a master schedule.
Financials
Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30* negotiable, Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)
The financial agreement is coordinated through the Director of Recruitment. The clinic uses Juno (Oscar) EMR, with access to 2 exam rooms during shifts and shared office space. The clinic operates from Monday to Sunday, with flexible scheduling for the new physician.

Staff
The clinic currently has 13 part-time/full-time physicians, an RN, an office manager, and MOA’s who can assist with the transition process. The clinic uses Juno (Oscar) EMR, with no paper charts associated with the practice.
Perquisites
Free parking, virtual health platform, and potential equity-based incentives are offered. Physicians are eligible for a signing bonus up to $10,000 and a relocation bonus up to $8,000. Physicians are also eligible for provisional licenses to practice family medicine in BC if they are provisional license eligible.
Amenities
Potential equity-based incentives for physicians to migrate their practice into our network. We support transferring patient records, training on EMR, assisting with EMR migration costs, and addressing financial obligations related to moving a practice.
