About the role
The physician will offer comprehensive longitudinal primary health care medical services, to serve the needs of the local community.
Facility Information
- Located in White Rock-South Surrey, part of a Primary Care Network (PCN) community.
- Involves Neighborhood Nurses, Neighborhood Social Workers, a free counselling service, and a Pharmacist.
- Clinics offer efficient support staff and nurses working alongside doctors and Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Work schedule is flexible, allowing a mix of in-clinic and virtual visits.
Our Primary Care Network (PCN)
- Part of the first PCN in BC, established in its fifth year.
- Vision is to enhance patient wellness through a collaborative and coordinated healthcare system.
- Involves multiple professionals including family physicians, nurses, social workers, patient educators, pharmacists, mental health clinicians, and additional counselling services.
- Located in the picturesque seaside community of White Rock-South Surrey, known for its highly-rated schools, recreational activities, and proximity to natural attractions like cycling, forest trails, and water sports.
- Close to the US border and within a 45-minute drive from downtown Vancouver.
