Role and Facility Information
Practice Family Medicine in the vibrant beautiful sea-side community of White Rock, with a supportive and collaborative medical network and Division of Family Practice. Also, you are part of the Primary Care Network (well-established, efficient, team-based care, in its 5th year, and one of the first in the province).
New clinic, physician owned, located in the 'hub' of White Rock (in the 'uptown' area of Johnston/Russell Aves). Oscar PRO EMR, efficient support staff (MOA with 20+ years experience) who will do paper billings, rejection support, Oscar billings and scheduling. It is a lovely physical environment with state of the art equipment (including AI integration tools), Cortico, brand new exam beds and equipment.

The area around the clinic has restaurants, shops, markets, cafes, banks, community centre, pubs, and more; it is also on transit line (buses 351, 360, 362, 363). And you're very close to White Rock's famous pier and waterfront restaurants (10 minute drive/bus, or 25 minute gentle walk).

This is an opportunity to practice family medicine in the beautiful seaside community of White Rock with highly rated schools, amazing recreational and leisure activities, including cycling, forest walking trails, and water sports at both White Rock and Crescent Beach. White Rock is five minutes from the US border and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver, making them both easily accessible.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Type: Combination Physician Overhead
Billing Split: 80/20
- 80/20 split with cap of $80,000
- Free new MacBook Air for use in clinic (upon signing of agreement)
Located in a prime, busy area of White Rock. On transit route, and within walking distance of all amenities including Peace Arch Hospital. Available parking (free).
Experienced, skilled and helpful clinic manager and MOAs, who support your referrals, billing, and more. You will also have a virtual care team as part of the Primary Care Network of White Rock South Surrey (WRSS) Division of Family Practice, and the Division will help onboard and support you.
