Role and Facility Information

We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Family Physician to join our growing, doctor-owned clinic in beautiful White Rock / South Surrey. This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position, ideal for physicians seeking a collaborative, supportive, and flexible work environment that truly values work–life balance and quality patient care. The Family Practice proudly serves a diverse and expanding patient community of over 10,000. We focus on personalized, comprehensive, and preventive care while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our patients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full-scope, longitudinal family medicine care
• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and manage a variety of health conditions
• Coincide care with allied health professionals and specialists
• Offer health education and preventive counselling
• Maintain detailed EMR documentation (OSCAR Pro)

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC)
• CMPA coverage
• Passion for patient-centred, evidence-based medicine
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Cash Compensation & Split Details

• Estimated annual earnings: $300,000 – $400,000 CAD
• Split: 80/20
• No overhead on private billing and panel payments
• Transparent, consistent split structure — all physicians are on the same model
• Eligible for: LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) Contract, or NTP (New-to-Practice) Contract, or Fee-for-Service Contract
• Length: Permanent (long-term)
• Contract break clause: Flexible with advance notice - 3 month notice
• Call responsibilities: None
• On-site parking: Yes

The Clinic is in close proximity of the local Peace Arch Hospital with 160 Beds. The area has a population of approximately 119,000; a 15% growth in the last 5 years. This is an opportunity to practice family medicine in the beautiful seaside community of White Rock-South Surrey with highly rated schools and amazing recreational activities. Walk or cycle through forest trails, enjoy water sports at both White Rock and Crescent Beach. Located five minutes from the US border and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver.
