Role and Facility Information

As Canada’s largest outpatient medical clinic owner-operator, we put patients and their families' health first. Our South Surrey clinic is located in a bustling shopping complex with amenities like London Drugs, Thrifty Foods, restaurants, groceries, banks, and professional and leisure businesses. Adjacent to new residential developments and desirable established neighborhoods, it offers an affordable location for raising a young family in the Lower Mainland. The USA border is just under 15 km away, making it convenient for international travel.

The clinic is a multi-disciplinary and multi-physician setting with a collegiate atmosphere and a supportive MOA team. The clinic provides virtual and telehealth options accessible from home. The ideal physician can work full-time or part-time, with the possibility of a small walk-in component. The WELL Health team will assist with a smooth transition of the practice, offering flexible hours and a master schedule.

Financials

Overhead Agreement: Billing Split – 70/30* negotiable, Bi-Monthly payment (FFS, LFP) or Monthly (PCN)

The financial agreement is coordinated through the Director of Recruitment. The clinic uses Juno (Oscar) EMR, and there are no paper charts. Hours are flexible, currently open Monday to Sunday. The new physician will work out a schedule with the clinic.

Practice Details

Access to 2 exam rooms during shifts, clinic has 14 exam rooms and 1 surgical room. Shared office space in Juno (OSCAR) EMR. Hours are flexible.

Staff

The clinic currently has 13 part-time/full-time physicians, an RN, an office manager, and MOA’s who can assist with the transition process.

Qualifications

• Hold or eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
• Hold or eligible for full license to practice medicine in BC
• Good standing with BC's College of Physicians and Surgeons
• Provisional license eligible applicants are welcome to apply
• Hospital privileges will be an asset
